- Alignment of objectives with Enterprise, Sponsoring Function and other involved Functions Strategies,

Program Roadmap and file approval
- Formalisation of needs and objectives
- Scoping (Countries, language & sites, number of impacted employees, transactional volumes)
- Teams involved in design and in deployment (business teams of impacted jobs and IS teams)
- Macro Planning, Risks, Time contraints (availabilities of team and systems/tools), Sizing, Budget scenarii by level of ambition

Project Preparation
- Make the team ready to go (identification including Key-Users, documentation and trainings, team building),
- Review plans and risks in details with team's experts and validate with their managers
- Prepare and launch project Kick-Off
- Involve Sponsors and issue first awareness communication
Program/project(s) Management: 3 possible roles to support you the best way compared to you needs

Program Director
- Be responsable (by Sponsor delegation) in front of the program SteerCo, the PMO, Controlling, managers of involved teams, managers within partners...
- Gather needs and stakes to define macro-plans (roadmap)
- Prepare projects (plans, resources, approvals, budgets) and on-board new comers
- Provide guidance to project managers ; follow-up and act based on escalation needs
- Close each project, launch REX and improve next projects mngt

Senior Project Manager
- Be responsible of the delivery of expected results in terms of time, budget, quality
- Build a productive team spirit (which includes good work relations and adequate means)
- Respect Enterprise project methods and governance
- Escalade Risks when needed

Business Project Mgmt Support
By delegation, conduct the work of "business" part of the project including solution choice (short list, Proof of Concept...), coordination of Key-users tasks (process (re)design, specifications, tests, data mgnt...) and Change Management (Impact Analysis, Communication, Training, Support).
